Place a double layer 8” round cake on a 10” round cake board and base ice with light Princess Pink icing.
Using Piping Tip #10, Pipe a dark Princess Pink border around the base of the cake.
Pipe two layers of white ruffles at the base of the cake using Piping Tip #4.
Switching back to the dark Princess Pink icing, use Piping Tip #10 to pipe six hearts around the top edge of the cake.
Pipe swirls between the hearts with Sky Blue icing. Use Piping Tip #2.
Using Piping Tip #1, pip white sparkle or star-like shapes on the sides of the cake.
Place the Barbie figurine in the center of the cake.
Add an inscription if desired.
