Make the cake layers. Using a cake or cupcake, cut 1 3/4” diameter circles using Circle Cutters. Then, using a knife cut each circle into 4 slices, like you would slice a banana. Cut 60 slices to make 12 Push-DecoPops®.
Color the frosting. Color 1 cup of your choice of frosting Teal and 1 cup light Sunset Orange. Leave 2 cups white.
Gently place one slice into the Push-DecoPops® container and slide it down to the bottom. With an open coupler, pipe ¼” of Teal icing on top of the cake, add another cake slice, pipe ¼” of light Sunset Orange icing on top and repeat until the Push-DecoPops® container is full. Make sure your final layer is a cake layer.
With Open Star Tip #825 in a 2 Color Pastry Bag fill the one half of the bag with Teal icing and the right side with White icing. Pipe three waves at the top of each Push-DecoPop® and place a Sea Life DecoPic® in the wave.
