That wascawwy wabbit is up to it again sending Easter greetings to family and friends. Creating this fun and professional looking design is easy with PhotoCake® Edible Cake Images. These edible images are applied to a freshly iced cake where they absorb the moisture and "melt" right into the icing. Finish off the design with your own borders and special touches then enjoy!
Stack the two 8" round cakes and base ice light green.
Using an angled spatula, create a textured look.
Roll out light green fondant to 1/8" thickness. Use powdered sugar to prevent the fondant from sticking.
Using a Leaf Plunger Cutter, cut out 3-4 leaf shapes from your green fondant.
Mix brown and white fondant together to create a light brown color. Create a light brown fondant rope using the Fondant Extruder.
Twist the light brown and green fondant ropes together. Wrap the twisted fondant around the top outer edge of the cake. Trim any excess.
Tip: Bring the two ends together by pressing the fondant pieces together.
Using a Fondant Extruder and the 1 cm circle make a thin green rope.
Wrap your this fondant rope piece around a Purple Poly Dowel Rod to give it a spiral shape like a vine. Attach pieces of this spiral fondant to the top outer edges of your cake as desired.
Place green leaves on the top outer edge of your cake as desired.
Using white icing and Piping Decorating Tip #2, add SugarSoft® Daisies Premium Sugar Decorations to the top of the cake to complete the look.
